Shiftleader Ferdinand Bol

Zuid

What you’ll do

·       Guide the team of student crew. You keep a tight ship. A happy one, at that.

·       You keep quality under control. Every bowl is right. No exceptions.

·       Help guests with their order. Mad busy? You’re still flashing that smile.

·       You run opening and closing shifts. Smooth from start to finish.

·       You learn the numbers: sales, waste, speed. And how they help you run the restaurant.

Who you are

·       Been a shift leader or led a team in hospitality? You know how to run a shift. And you like it.

·       Not a shift leader yet? You have hospitality or foodservice experience and you’re ready for the next step. We’ll teach you the rest.

·       You’re 18 or older.

·       You know the rules on food safety and hygiene (HACCP). Or you want to learn them.

·       Evenings and weekends? Not a problem for you.

·       You stay calm when a guest has a question or complaint. You sort it out.

·       You like working in a tribe and you want to grow.

·       You’re allowed to work in Belgium or the Netherlands. Non-EU nationality? Send us your residence permit during the application.

What we give back

Fair pay

·       € 15.67 gross per hour.

The benefits. The extras you deserve.

·       Around 25 days of holiday. Take them. We’ll plan around it.

·       Commute reimbursement. Coming to work shouldn’t cost you money.

·       A free bowl on every shift longer than six hours. You should eat well too.

·       Tribe Gatherings: meet the crew from every restaurant.

·       A Welcome Day at our support office. With a goodie bag and a proper lunch.

·       Events and activities where colleagues quickly become friends.

Learning

·       You learn from someone who’s done it before. A person. Not a PDF.

·       Training happens on the clock. Not on top of it.

·       The ladder is real: from shift leader to assistant manager, restaurant manager and beyond.

The practical bit

Five things we mean

Act as one. From day one. Only together we grow.

Take ownership. The good stuff, the bad stuff.

Be real. Honest feedback is a gift.

Make a difference. The goal: more smiles around here.

Never settle. Stay sharp. Keep learning. Start at the counter. Go anywhere.
