What you’ll do
· You help build something new. We open in Amersfoort in mid-October, with a team we build from scratch.
· Guide the team of student crew. You keep a tight ship. A happy one, at that.
· You keep quality under control. Every bowl is right. No exceptions.
· Help guests with their order. Mad busy? You’re still flashing that smile.
· You run opening and closing shifts. Smooth from start to finish.
· You learn the numbers: sales, waste, speed. And how they help you run the restaurant.
Who you are
· Been a shift leader or led a team in hospitality? You know how to run a shift. And you like it.
· Not a shift leader yet? You have hospitality or foodservice experience and you’re ready for the next step. We’ll teach you the rest.
· You’re 18 or older and looking for a full-time job.
· You know the rules on food safety and hygiene (HACCP). Or you want to learn them.
· Evenings and weekends? Not a problem for you.
· You stay calm when a guest has a question or complaint. You sort it out.
· You like working in a tribe and you want to grow.
· You have a valid residence or work permit and a BSN number.

· € 15.67 gross per hour, for 38 hours a week.

The practical bit
LOCATION: Amersfoort (new restaurant, opening mid-October)
CONTRACT: full-time, 38 hours
START: as soon as possible. You train in another restaurant for the first weeks, so you need to be able to travel.
