Restaurant Manager Almere

Aloha! We’re bringing the Aloha spirit to Almere. At the beginning of November we’re opening the doors of our brand-new Hawaiian Poke Bowl location, and we’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to make this opening a success.

We’re looking for someone who can start as soon as possible, so we can begin training on time. Please note: the training takes place outside Almere, so flexibility to travel during the first few weeks is a must.

What will you do?

·       You manage stock, KPIs, schedules and orders with an eye for detail

·       You lead the team effectively and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly

·       You recruit, train and develop an efficient, motivated team

·       You ensure an outstanding customer experience and resolve any complaints

·       You safeguard the presentation and quality of every bowl – with a smile

You bring the Aloha spirit into our business! We’re looking for someone who:

·       Has extensive experience in hospitality

·       Has leadership experience

·       Knows safety and hygiene standards (HACCP) – second nature to you

·       Is naturally hospitable – hospitality is in your DNA

·       Is a fan of our concept and loves healthy fast food

·       Is flexible – you make the tastiest poke bowls, in the evenings and on weekends too

·       Is flexible to travel outside Almere for training during the first few weeks

·       Holds a valid residence or work permit, and a BSN number

·       €3,449.65 gross per month

·       A 38-hour contract

·       25 holiday days

·       A probation period of approximately 4 weeks, followed by a 7-month contract. Extension possible after a positive evaluation.
