That's why we're looking for a Project Manager Digital to take our digital projects from idea to successful delivery. Someone who brings structure, takes ownership and gets excited about technology and innovation.

What will you do?
As our Project Manager Digital, you'll be the driving force behind our digital projects. You'll work closely with different teams, external partners and our CTO, to whom you'll report directly.
Manage projects from A to Z: turn ideas into clear objectives, project plans, milestones and actionable steps.
Keep projects on track: monitor progress, budgets and deadlines, making adjustments whenever needed.
Connect teams and stakeholders: ensure smooth collaboration between our restaurants, internal teams, IT, suppliers and management.
Identify and manage risks: spot potential challenges early and proactively find solutions.
Implement digital solutions: coordinate the implementation of new software, system upgrades, dashboards and internal developments.
Drive change: make sure new tools and processes are not only implemented but also successfully adopted by the people using them.
Review quotations and contracts: evaluate supplier proposals, costs, conditions and potential risks.
Develop smart solutions: translate business needs into practical, user-friendly digital solutions.
Make the most of AI: use AI to improve processes, project management and reporting, making the way we work smarter and more efficient.
No two days are the same! One day, you might be managing the implementation of new software, while the next, you're helping automate a business process using AI.
Who you are
We're looking for someone who loves keeping things organised, enjoys working with people and knows how to turn digital projects into real results.
You have proven experience as a Project Manager within digital or IT projects.
You're familiar with project planning, budget management, risk management and stakeholder management.
You know how to structure a project, from defining the scope and planning to successful delivery.
You have experience reviewing quotations and contracts from external suppliers.
You have a strong interest in AI and enjoy using AI tools to work smarter and more efficiently.
Experience with tools such as Asana, Coda, Notion, Jira or MS Project is a plus.
You have excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, written and spoken. French is a plus.
You're a clear communicator, highly organised and comfortable taking responsibility.
You're proactive, solution-oriented and thrive in a dynamic environment.
You're curious about new technologies and know how to make complex things simple.
