What you’ll do
· Guide the team: student crew and a shift leader. You keep a tight ship. A happy one, at that.
· You make every day run smoothly. From opening to closing.
· You keep quality under control. Every bowl looks right. No exceptions.
· Help guests with their order. Mad busy? You’re still flashing that smile.
· You learn the numbers: sales, waste, speed. And how they make the restaurant run better.
Who you are
· You’ve led a team in hospitality before. And liked it.
· You’re 18 or older and looking for a full-time job.
· You know the rules on food safety and hygiene (HACCP).
· Evenings and weekends? Not a problem for you.
· You stay calm when a guest has a question or complaint. You sort it out.
· You like working in a tribe and you want to grow.
What we give back
Fair pay
· € 17.33 gross per hour, for 40 hours a week.
