What will you do?
You're the Restaurant Manager's right hand. Together, you run the restaurant. When the Restaurant Manager is away, you're the one in charge.
You lead the team. You keep things running smoothly, while making sure the good vibes stay.
You coach your people. You give feedback, motivate them and help them grow.
You manage the schedules. The right people at the right time, based on the forecast.
You manage stock and place orders. Nothing runs out, nothing goes to waste.
You keep an eye on the numbers: sales, labour costs, food waste and speed of service. You spot opportunities for improvement and take action.
You ensure quality, hygiene and safety standards are met. An HACCP inspection? You're ready.
A guest has a complaint? You listen, take ownership and find a solution.
You're hands-on and work alongside your team. Even during the busiest shifts, you keep smiling.
You bring fresh ideas to improve the restaurant and help turn them into action.

What we give back
€17.33 gross per hour to start, based on a full-time contract of 40 hours per week.
€18.01 gross per hour after 6 months and €18.44 gross per hour after 2 years. Stay with us, grow with us.

Your growth journey
You'll start with two weeks of training at one of our training centres, with one module per week. This may take place at a different restaurant from your own.
After that, you'll spend one week working alongside the Restaurant Manager in your own restaurant.
All training takes place during your working hours, not on top of them.
You'll benefit from extensive training and career development opportunities through our internal Field & Forms and Excellence programmes.
