For our restaurant in Rotterdam Hoogstraat, we're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Manager who will work alongside the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, a strong team, and an outstanding guest experience.

What will you do?
As an Assistant Manager, you're the right hand of the Restaurant Manager. You keep an overview, take responsibility, and make sure everything runs smoothly.
Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations.
Coach, motivate, and guide the team to achieve the best results together.
Manage inventory, orders, staff schedules, and KPIs.
Deliver an outstanding guest experience and handle customer complaints professionally.
Ensure our quality, safety, and hygiene standards (HACCP) are always maintained.
Actively identify opportunities for improvement and help take the restaurant to the next level.
Lead by example and jump in wherever needed!
Who are you?
You're a true team player with strong leadership skills and plenty of Aloha spirit!
You have relevant experience in hospitality, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
You have experience leading, coaching, and motivating a team.
You're familiar with operational processes such as scheduling, inventory management, and KPIs.
You have knowledge of HACCP standards and work with attention to detail.
You're guest-focused, solution-oriented, and able to stay calm under pressure.
You take initiative, enjoy responsibility, and always think in solutions.
You're flexible and available to work evenings and weekends.
You're willing to travel to other restaurant locations for training if needed.
You have a valid right to work in the Netherlands and a BSN number.

A gross hourly wage of €16.08.
A full-time position of 38 hours per week.
